A1. Can you send me files (insert files name)?
No. At this time, Stonegate and Dragoniade both have full time jobs and are
barely on. We are closing the offer (unless you do have something to make
it worth our time).

A2. Why I am only hearing sound and gettin no video?
Most of the files are compressed AVI using a codec (COder-DECoder) called
DivX. You can grab a copy of the latest version at Divx.com. Some files also use special
compression for audio. So make sure you have the Windows Audio and MP3
audio codecs installed for those specific.

A3. Why aren't you uploading the pics to the newly added avi's?
We are very busy persons, other than working on the website we do have full
time jobs. When we get more time, we will start adding more pictures. And
from now on, Dragoniade is handling the pictures.

A4. Can I purchase some of your Episodes?
NO, we only trade. We exchange copies of our episodes in a trade. We
cannot sell or make a profit on them to keep this site open and also to
avoid Copyright Laws.

A5. Can you make or have the episode as a AVI file?
NO, Stonegate do not make Episode Vids, only Clips and Scenes from them. Do
note this site is not Cartoon Episode Archive, but a TF site, Stonegate
will make clips and scenes of people TF but not the Whole Episode because
he does not have the space or software to do so. Dragoniade has some
episodes captured though, so refer to question 4 about how to proced.

A6. Can you make more Mpegs or other files?
NO We only make AVI files because they are the only things that work the
best on our PC. Quicktime and Real Player have a lot or portability issues
and aren't as usufull for short clips. However, clips from question 5 are
the only exception and are encoded in Real Media 8.

A7. Why some Items are Marked as NEW and nothing there?
Sometime, the infos are changed or a link to the AVI is added or a new clip
is added as Reference on what we have acquiered so far. Those are
considered as update.

A8. Why are some updates Blue, Red or Green?
The color of the update date define what kind of update it has been. New
items are marked as RED. If a clip got it's
pictures added, the the updated is GREEN.
If the AVI was uploaded, then the color is BLUE.

A9. What are the "Vote!" and "Get it!" buttons for?
The "Get it" button is use to download a clips. This is part of the new
system to prevent leeches from stealing our bandwidth by linking to our
clips. If a clip isn't available, you can vote for it to be uploaded on
the next update by clicking "Vote!". This will register you vote for the
show containing the choosen clips. You are entitled to vote once per show,
for as many shows as you want.

A10. I am using Internet Explorer, and when I try to download an AVI, I am getting an error page.
If you're using Internet Explorer, and have installed the Cumulative
Security Update for Internet Explorer KB832894, you will get a "Syntax
Error" when trying to download one of the AVIs. Here are the 3
workarounds:
- Use another browser, like Mozilla(Recommanded)
- Do not install the Security update (Not recommanded)
- Apply this Registry Fix that
will re-enable what Microsoft disabled.
Failling to do one of those will prevent you from downloading any of the
clip. Blame Microsoft for that. If you are choosing to keep using Internet
Explorer, apply the patch. To do so:
- Download the Registry Fix (see the previous paragraph for the
link)
- Open the ZIP file, and double click on the REG file inside.
- When asked about adding information to the registry, choose
'YES'.
- Close and restart Internet Explorer
You should now be able to download AVI
